BIRDS' EYE VIEW...

Let me start by saying that I have my photos in the exact reverse order as they should be (in reference to my title)! As I went for my walk around the pond today , I stopped short nearing the waterfall..perched on a rock close by my Dream stepping stone...there was a robin just staring up at the waterfall...she eventually was aware of my presence and flew away. That was when I decided that I had to go get my camera. I came back and took a snapshot from her view! No... I was not lying on my belly for this photo...I didn't feel like meeting a brown recluse spider eye to eye! The daylilly against the waterfall was her view. The geranium photo I thought was a pretty shot...most of you know..but for those who don't..it's a hummingbird moth, affectionately known as "mothra" to us. The peach daylilly on the ponds' edge is just so interesting if you enlarge it(something I do with all of my photographs). The sun shining on the tips of the grass actually look exactly like stars. Just to the right of the reflecting sun, look at that golden dragonfly...It's worth it.

You've got an eye for capturing beautiful shots! I don't know how you managed to get such a clear shot of the sphinx moth. There was one here yesterday, and I grabbed the camera, but the photos all turned out blurry. It wasn't cooperating by holding still long enough so I could get a clear shot.

Lovely blog! And gorgeous photos. Your garden looks like a very interesting place if you have all those dragonflies around. I'm partial to them too.
I'm so glad you stopped by my blog today. It gave me the perfect way to find you and come visit : )
BTW, did you make that stepping stone? Very nice!

I'm glad you visited my blog. I might never had known that you were out there. Very pretty posts and of course, I love the daylilies. I'll be back often to check on your garden.
Thanks for stopping by and the message.

What a beautiful garden spot...the most honest reviews come from the robins, sphinx moths and dragonflies: if they like it, you know its a good place.

Pretty photos, too!

So glad you visited my blog-thank you. I love dragonflies and daylilies too! Your gardens sound lovely and I will be watching for more views. The 'stars' are beautiful-it sometimes amazes me what I find when I download pictures. I love the hummingbird moth, but only see them late in the season. Enjoy your garden!
