My husband and I moved to the country and made our dream come true...we bought wooded property, cleared the land, built the cabin, grew every ornamental plant, added a waterfall and pond, by ourselves with some help of family and a few friends. The saying..."alot of blood, sweat and tears", holds so true here. I cannot get enough of natures' beauty..in this blog you will find some of Wishnik Woods small wonders..maybe... just maybe, you will enjoy seeing the fruits of our labor as I do.

Beautiful!
How delicate and delightful with the damselfly. I love the soft color of the daylily.
Water lilies and daylilies, it doesn't get any better than that. We also live out in the country, and we built our log cabin. Haven't dug a pond though. I'm very impressed. Found you on blotanical. Welcome.~~Dee
